How do I report a Workers' Compensation claim?
You can report a workers' compensation claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our toll-free claims reporting line at 866.766.6565.

How do I report all other claims?
With the exception of workers' compensation claims, you must have your independent agent submit your claim to BHHC.

How do I get information on your Medical Provider Network ( California only)?

How do I obtain loss runs from BHHC?
Our contracted agents can obtain loss runs for their insureds directly from our website. Click here to reach our loss run link. Two important notes:

You cannot obtain Workers' Compensation loss runs online for the states of AR, CA, GA, MS and TN. You must obtain these loss runs through your underwriter.

Loss runs are only available to the agent of record who controlled the account for the specific policy periods.

How do I access my direct bill payment history and status?
Each policyholder is mailed a logon ID. To access your billing history from our homepage, click on 'Policyholder', then 'Billing Inquiry'.

Why does my policy not state BHHC as the company?
BHHC is our trade name and operates as a group of the following six regional insurance companies: Cornhusker Casualty Company, Cypress Insurance Company, Continental Divide Insurance Company, Oak River Insurance Company, Redwood Fire & Casualty Insurance Company and Brookwood Insurance Company.
