As an appointed agent or policyholder, you may access premium billings and account status information at your convenience, without having to pick up a telephone.

You can view information including:

• Billing history
• Payment history
• Installment payment schedules
• Current minimum balance due
• Payoff balance amount for current policy term
• Endorsement and audit transactions

Direct Bill Inquiry is currently available for all bills except those issued by the Workers Compensation Specialty Division.
