At the Homestate Companies, we have developed a similar style.  We are middle market generalists offering a diverse product mix of commercial business.  Managers in our (4) regional offices are our play callers.  They are responsive to market changes and consider classes of business parallel to what each “home state” has to offer. 

Our market approach is different than that of the large national carriers.  We believe carriers who provide specialized programs narrow their focus and are often slow to react to market changes.  Our goal is to react quickly even under severe time constraints.  Our underwriting team, “the players”, are devoted to executing our mission, that of out performing our peers.  Performance that includes, quick turnaround on quotes, timely delivery of renewals, broadened coverages, and several niche marketing programs.  Often underwriters with large national carriers reserve their best efforts for the largest accounts, we are committed to giving our best effort on all of them.
