display transaction information on a policy level basis.
You can look up information such as:
- Billing history
- Payment history
- Installment payment schedules
- Current minimum balance due
- Payoff balance amount for current policy term
- Endorsement and audit transactions
Direct Bill Inquiry is currently available for all bills except those
issued by the Workers Compensation Specialty Division. At the present time, Direct Bill Inquiry is only available
to agents. However, it will be
available to all policyholders in the near future.
